At What's Up Wellness, we want you to feel as confident in your style as you do in your skin. If your fashion finds aren't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
